As has been stated Newgrounds does some things to prevent kids from seeing NSFW though I'm not sure if there is an age block. But yea msging Tom over the idea of requiring birthdate to be 18 or older for A rating to be available and requiring the info to make an account, would be a good idea to champion. Unfortunately, it's much the same on other sites Twitter allows you to tag your account as sensitive but kids can bypass it by saying they want to view it on settings. The hardcore sites can also be bypassed by lying on age honestly very few have anything like ID age verification at least none that I know. I usually block on Twitter and any other site that allows blocking but you gotta be vigilant. What ever you decide on good luck!
